I hadn’t seen that entire Connecticut report before. But it smacks of extreme mumbojumbo. Any one of the various system problems listed should have kept the thing in drydock until they were fixed. The notion that a Seawolf was sent on a known shallow water mission with defective depth/sonar units isn’t even believable.
