Judge sets next hearing for August 28th. Trump, who pleaded not guilty, will be released on minimal conditions, which include not being allowed to communicate with anyone known to be a witness in the case unless through an attorney

Trump has been told by the judge that if he violates the conditions of his release, an arrest warrant could be issue for him and he could be detained.

The judge has asked President Trump if he understands, and Trump responded that he does.

He is now signing paperwork.
