You can’t form a logic around this - there is no consistency to it - no principles. A battle of immoralities and contradictions of contradictions in this case.

From what I’ve seen in San Francisco nude gays aren’t much of a draw for women.
Not sure I like this ruling. Its reasonable for people to not want the opposite sex in their bathroom or changing area. The clothing optional place seems not too different.
I understand the reference to the ouroborus but given the subject matter I really could have done without the images of snake eating.
Even if she wasn’t trans, women have forced themselves into male-only clubs and spaces. I am for private spaces for men and women. I dont think women should be allowed in male only spaces just like men aren’t allowed in female spaces. Obviously not considering trans-whatevers acceptable as they never factored into these issues before.

It may be the other way around. It could be a trans woman, still with a full package, that publicly identifies as a woman, thus not allowed in to swing his junk.
A simple solution for the club is to provide a “Women Only” section. A small closet will do.

The politically correct terms "constitutional" and "unconstitutional," along with vague decisions made by judges (read: legislating from the bench), need to be outlawed, judges, including Supreme Court justices, required to support their decisions about constitutionality of a given issue with reasonable references to constitutional clauses.
Such references would make it easier to later remove activist judges from the bench.
But patriots first need to primary incumbent lawwakers and then elect a new patriot Congress before we can expect such changes to the system.
