I think Milley might be a white hat playing a role. Not convinced, but not ruling this out. I think he is helping advance the narrative that the Q plan calls for.

I think the military isn’t nearly as woke as the media and the democrats would like us to think. The same way the country isn’t that woke. Watching the media, you’d think there was a trans person in every neighborhood. There isn’t. You’d think the military was crawling with trans people, but I’d bet they are even rarer there than in the general population.

I suspect military wokeness is like shark attacks. Rare, but whenever it happens it blows up the news.

IDK if I’m right. I hope I am. But like I said, your theories seem equally plausible.

Good possibility. The Joint Chiefs are not in the command structure; just advisors. They would be in a good position to present a public narrative, while being totally separated from any operations underway.
