I think I understand. Cleavage is not illegal in this (sorta) free country. Shaming women into compliance by using leers, catcalls and groping to enforce a modesty dress code is not how I want to live. And going to the extreme of calling woman whores who show more skin than you prefer to see is also not what I expect from a grown man. This lady is not even getting that mad, she is wearing a modesty shirt on the train - so she is actually complying with the sharia, uh I mean ‘decency standards’ set forth. And for this she is further demeaned and shamed. You may not have been thinking Muslims but you were thinking LIKE some of them (mostly the ones form places where the US and the UK overthrew their governments for money and power and they reacted with a fundamentalist regression).
