If Bragg didn’t think he could even get two thirds of a grand jury (or whatever the standard is in New York) to indict him, there’s no way in hell he can get 12 jurors to convict unanimously.

I’ll bet at least 98% of New York’s residents find the city’s subway system intolerable due to the behavior of the mutants and misfits that make the place their home.

I certainly hope you're right, but with corrupt Bragg, the 'jurors' may be hand-selected for a sure conviction.
