BTW, the majority of the buildings at Redstone were built in the late 50s. The contract called for three months construction time from ground breaking to occupancy.
I’ve been in plenty of Federal buildings, most of which you would not be able to enter. However, what I wrote was a spoof on spending so many billions of dollars on a new building when their old one works just fine.

Truth. My experience is mostly limited to DoD, but most are outdated and poorly maintained. Especially when compared to defense contractor facilities.
