It’s my understanding that the plasmids are intended to modify the DNA of bacteria used in the manufacturing of the vaccines to give them antibiotic resistance. That way they can use antibiotics to keep the cultures pure.
If they are making it into people you could wind up with antibiotic resistant bacteria being made right in your body.
Also, they simply pulled the acceptable level of plasmids out of their butts once they were found to be present at that level, there is no actual science behind what’s acceptable vs not.
There are many issues related to the hot mess which are mRNA products from Moderna and Pfizer-Biotech, from the underlying "science" to manufacturing to administration as an injection, that much should be reviewed with a critical eye. If follow-on effects from bad lots or contaminants affect gut bacteria, and beyond, then the examination into this is of paramount importance.
The gas-dr remarks which sparked my response are quite "un-scientific." Shrug and move on? While the Kingston tone is a little naive, the article posted by george76 references a longer and informative interview between Rose and McKernan about contamination in mRNA products.
Might I suggest a listen, circa one hour? Most interesting, as McKernan mentions posting all the newest examinations open source for others to replicate (which is science, and not "shrug and move on").

For having been legal residents of Germany for decades, we also follow the newest revelations in Europe, as more research -- regularly denigrated by political sorts -- implicates mRNA products and their ingredients in many physical ills, or many sorts which is why it is difficult to point to one single causation, for there seem many.
