What if Russia attacked the White House?

What would our response be?

After all, we did blow up Nordstream.

Would there be enough time to wake Joe up, shoot him full of joy juice to make him semi-coherent, to give orders for our defense once the Russians launch?

A very real scenario which shows what a dangerous situation we are in right now.

And no one says the Emperor is naked.
