I have the same problem. My neighbor and I have similar trees. she cleans her yard by blowing her tree’s leaves onto my yard. At present I am evaluating my options.
I just let the wind blow my leaves into the neighbors yard - usually blows from the south and they are north of me...
If you come up with a solution let me know. I wrote a letter asking the HOA to enforce their laws that are already on the books. Any lawn waste, including leaves, is to be bagged and put out on the curb for pick-up. She sent an email to all residents reminding them not to blow yard waste into the street. I waited but the same jerks completely ignored it. Not having a tree in my yard it is amazing how I raked almost 30 bags of leaves this fall and winter despite having a rotator cuff tear and 2 strokes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
