I wonder if it’s possible legally to declare war on these drug cartels. I know the Biden Administration would never consider such an action. But I just wonder if a different president could ask for such action to be taken.
Yes I know that Congress would have to declare war if such a declaration were to happen.
Just thinking outside the box , if we could consider all this drug smuggling and deaths caused by these cartels, as acts of War , as compared to looking at them as a law enforcement issue.
We invaded Grenada for less. Decade after decade of illegals committing crimes here and the trafficking of drugs, children, and people and we won’t do anything. Doesn’t matter who you elect, they don’t care.
