I wonder if it’s possible legally to declare war on these drug cartels. I know the Biden Administration would never consider such an action. But I just wonder if a different president could ask for such action to be taken.
Yes I know that Congress would have to declare war if such a declaration were to happen.
Just thinking outside the box , if we could consider all this drug smuggling and deaths caused by these cartels, as acts of War , as compared to looking at them as a law enforcement issue.
