My brother died of a brain aneurysm at age 42. There is no fix for half the victims and the survivors are typically impaired for life.

God bless

My Dad died within a month of his brain aneurysm. Not a pleasant way to go 🙏

My 29 yr old cousin had taken his family to a fish camp in La and was waterskiing. His wife was driving the boat and two small children were cheering him on. He dropped the rope and fell. He had had a brain aneurism. My mother and I made it to the hospital just as they pulled life support. His wife did well with raising their two children but the void of missing their father/husband was never filled.

I miss you, Joey.

My first real and clear conception of mortality was a gift of an aneurism.

I believe I was just starting 2nd grade and walking to school and all the kids were talking excitedly about a little girl in my class who died the night before, suddenly. She had a brain aneurysm. I spent a lot of time that day thinking of those implications.

Let’s just say that’s the one day I stopped believing in the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus,Tooth Fairy all the nice childish stories—A cynic was born.
