And just as she's getting to the meat and potatoes of Hobbs and her husband's hokey deeds, she's interrupted and told they need to stick to what's “germane” to the hearing. Well, she's laying out the possibility that your Governor appears to have been enlisted by the cartel to run for office and also appears to have been handsomely rewarded for doing so. That seems pretty damn germane to election fraud.
