Uh... Wrong Way Joe?
I think many have erred in presuming Joe Bitem has no real control over his admin. Troubling: yes; lack of personal action: no. Joe is experiencing his life long dream (after his stealing tens of millions of dollars); his dream of being a dictator and showing all these young 'upstarts' how seriously wrong they have been all these years.
This buffoon is on the verge of launching the world's first nuclear war! How proud he must be! He may even eclipse Joe Stalin's record of 100 million dead.

Wrong Way Joe thought he could be the knight on the white horse, to vanquish Atilla the Trump once and for all. Instead, he got caught in even worse Archive violations than his enemy. Joe says his case is different; it is, but not as he sees it. He sees it from a dictator's POV.
