When I dumped my DVD collection a couple years ago, I saved 3 movies that could never be made today, and have largely been hacked to pieces by the woke crowd:

• Blazing Saddles
• Animal House
• Young Frankenstein

"Airplane!" for sure.

"Stir Crazy" is another that comes to mind, especially that scene where Richard Pryor puts Gene Wilder in blackface to avoid the cops.
