Some time ago, this was a charge against the Oscars. The next year, all kinds of black actors got Oscars, whether they deserved them or not.

I gave up on the Brits when they did a show about Anne Boelyn and the actress playing her was black -- as was the actor playing Henry VIII. These people were historical figures who have oil paintings of them in museums -- they were NOT black.

Tell me about it— The Broadway show of the Disney movie — FROZEN - set in the NORTHERN part of Europe based on a Danish fairy tale, had the Father of Elsa and Anna played by an AFRICAN AMERICAN !!
