A four decade grudge? Damn, that must have been some nice paint-job.
It wasn't anything special as far as the paint itself. It was all the work my dad and I put into it. We removed everything from the body, and interior, had the guy take it to bare metal and paint it. It was a custom color, in that it wasn't offered on any year of Nova, but it wasn't fancy paint. We color-sanded and buffed the paint out after it was cured. That took a lot of time and care. And then we had to put it all back together.
