As of noon EST today, she is eligible to serve two full terms if she replaces Biden before the end of his term. But I don’t think there is much chance of her winning twice, and the Democrats are probably scheming to make sure she is not the nominee in 2024 (whether she is still VP or has become President by the time of the election).
