I barely made it.
I retired from the DoD right before the mandatory shot requirement........however if I hadn’t been planning to leave anyway that woulda done it.
I know so many people who got one, regret doing it and say never again.
I retired from a defense industry job the end of Jan ‘21, before the mandates; at the time, the shots were available only for those 65 and older... I had just turned 64.
Both of my grown kids had to get the clot shot to keep their jobs. Scares the hell out of me. I went to a funeral of a good friend of mine today. He died of a stroke at 61. Very healthy otherwise. I think he either had to get the jab or took it voluntarily. Who knows.
