I often quote Shelton’s Law. “there is nothing so stupid that humanity won’t do it.”
Shelton’s law has a corollary, “There is nothing so stupid that humanity won’t do it again”.
You get the government you deserve?
It’s all the latest fashion. Trump gave us intelligent government for a change, and the stupids were furious. Now they have government of everyone by and for the stupids and the larcenous.
Stupid people don’t know they are stupid because they have no frame of reference. They are easily convinced that they are smart and often go around feeling very smart because they did something that they saw as clever even though it might have been accidental. Things that stupid people see as smart are not as smart as the things smart people see as smart. Smart people also realize they are capable of stupidity while stupid people don’t know how stupid they really are.

2. The probability that a person is stupid is independent of any other characteristic
3. A stupid person causes loses to others without gains to themselves (consistently)
4. Non stupid people underestimates the danger of the stupid
5. Stupid people are the most dangerous people

Way too subjective.
By his definition, the left would define every conservative as stupid, and conservatives would define all leftist as stupid, and both would be correct.
Example: The left says all conservatives are stupid because they do not support the New Green Deal. They are harming themselves along with everyone else!
Conservatives say: The left is stupid, because it supports woke ideology. They are harming everyone else along with themselves!
Too much subjective judgement involved about what is harm and what is a benefit.
Lots of people feel a benefit by exalting in damage to others, especially on the Left.

The only reason that the human race has survived this long is by the shear numbers of mass procreation because there’s way to many STUPID PEOPLE OUT THERE.
Well, your New Testament says that “by their fruits shall ye know them,” which would be an objective criterion, because inflation and a declining standard of living, shortages of vital commodities is an objective harm. On the other hand, the Old Testament (to me The Prophets) say “woe unto those who call darkness light and light darkness,” which is subjective. Because they believe the biggest threat is global warming and therefore destroying energy and enslaving the world to China is a good thing, while we believe that global warming is BS, and destroying energy and enslaving the world to China is worse than any possible harm from global warming. So we remain at loggerheads, unable to agree on an objective definition of “good” and “bad”. I guess we’ll all have to just duke it out.

There is a more advanced version of the highly complex study of Artificial Intelligence, called “Artificial Stupidity”.
Only the genius-class researchers deal in AS, which is a study of ‘how intelligence fails.’ Basically, for every single simple, correct answer to a problem, there are a vast number of wrong answers derived from wrong axioms, means and algorithms.
Even in elementary school, some children are equipped to find “wrong” answers that maybe aren’t wrong, just different from the anticipated “right” answers. Exceptions to the rule. Plausible but incorrect to the anticipated answers.
You can imagine how much AS can throw a lug wrench into Artificial Intelligence.
