Since, it’s just salts, I don’t think the cost is going to be that much.
However, the globalists are wanting to own the whole process. If this thing is real, I suspect that is who is funding it.
The real problem is in the chemistry. Salt ions with any plate metal just doesn’t have much potential for power.
