Of course, the first thing out of Joe Bidens mouth in response to the Club Q Gay nightclub shooting is gun control:

We had enough a long time ago; that's why we arm ourselves because you can't do anything to keep us safe except pass dumb gun laws that criminals don't follow.
Not to mention that, once again, you all knew about this guy and did nothing before this happened.
How does someone cause an entire neighborhood to evacuate because they threaten that they have a bomb and there are no charges?
Yet, you want us to give up our guns to trust yall to keep us safe?
Then you have Joe Biden up here talking about an AR-15 ban.
That's your solution to a guy walking into a club and shooting people?
We have over 21 million AR-15s in this country, and you think an AR-15 ban will stop criminals from getting their hands on them?
My heart goes out to all those that lost their lives at the hands of this lunatic and to the people that fought back and stopped him, be proud of yourself because you saved a ton of lives that night.
Whether you used a gun, your fist, or a heel, it doesn't matter because you all refused to be a victim and stood up and fought back against impossible odds, which is what the 2nd Amendment is all about.
Giving power to the people to fight back against any person or government that thinks it's so powerful that it can free terrorize our lives or this country.
It doesn't matter if you are gay, straight, black, brown, white, yellow, pink, able-bodied, disabled, young, or old, the 2nd Amendment belongs to everyone, and that's what makes us who we are.
We don't let the evil degenerates of the world cause us to give up our freedoms because once you give your freedom away, you never get it back.

I saw a clip of that guy on the news this morning. It was funny watching the anchor chick try to translate what he said.
He's a drug addict who was featured on a 2009 episode of "Intervention" where he clamed to shoot meth and masturbate for 10-12 hours a day while his wife didn't know what to do about it.
He was also on an episode of "Divorce Court" where he divorced Aldrich's mother.
His IMDB page under Dick Delaware lists a whopping 326 porn films to his credit between 2003-2016. He was married for much of this time.
But yeah, "conservative Republican values" caused this.

To repeat the cliche: When seconds count, the police are minutes away. Even when on scene like the Parkland school shooting, the school cop hid behind his vehicle. Then there's the recent Uvalde, TX school massacre where the cops just stood around for like 20 minutes as they heard the shots continually being fired inside the school.
I have lost much faith in Law Enforcement, from a school cop to the FBI. It's time I purchase some home defense weapons to replace those I lost on a hunting trip. Any suggestions for home defense?

The problem with hhe red flag laws is that it has to be judicially mandated or a result of charges - that is, the person has to have a record, which is not that easy to get nowadays. (Well, unless you’re a conservative.)
In his case, Mommy, who is a petty criminal nut case herself, got a good defense lawyer to get him off the hook a year earlier when he tried to kill her and blow things up, etc… after having threatened to bomb and kill his grand parents.
Like the Sandy Hook shooter, whose mom actually bought him the guns and kept him out of mental health care (over his divorced father’s objections), he never even could be flagged. But we have a “justice system” that protects criminals and psychotics, because they might be useful to the (Marxist) Revolution, don’t you know.
Joe Perv was ranting recently about the evil of semi auto weapons, so when does his security detail exchange their modern weapons for breech loading shotguns, lever action rifles and single action revolvers?
Don’t discount Covid restrictions on this guy getting a pass on conviction for his bomb threat. Local jails and courts were shut down.
