I just had a thought while reading about the shooting in Colorado.
Where are the conservatives? As the years go by, we - fellow conservatives and Freepers - watch as liberals, progressives, socialists, and statists take over American institutions. School board, teachers inside the schools, AG's throughout the states, social media sites, orgranizations such as Ford Foundation, Nobel committees, inside sports organizations, inside big businesses, and so on.
As these anti-American/Constitutional forces move in, where are the conservatives? Where do they go? What organizations do they belong to and/or control? Even on FR, you have voices that sound more anti-American/Constitutional than pro.
What are your thoughts?
I’m pretty sure most of us aren’t going to gay bars.
Yup, the same sentiments I have echoed for months, if not years.
Conservative professional career politicians?
For the most part, they don’t even exist.

Your reply leads me to believe you don’t understand what I am saying. I am not just talking about politics or politicians. The anti-American/Constitutional forces infiltrate the offices and boards of corporations and businesses. They infiltrate the colleges, school boards, the schools. Why are more conservatives not controlling these and other entities?
We aren’t in gay bars or hanging out with trannies. We are quietly going about our business, lifting, training, buying ammo and doing our best to have a decent life. We are “the men who want to be left alone.”
Another one who doesn’t get it. You can have anti-American/freedom forces in foreign entities. Example - award Arafat the Nobel Peace Prize. And Obama.
The movement split into about two dozen kinds of conservatives in the late 80s, early 90s. From Paleoconservatives, to Neoconservative, moderate conservative, compassionate conservative to Extreme conservative, there's a flavor for anyone and everyone. The left, OTOH, has coalesced into a progressive left that never, ever speaks ill of one another. While Rs are attacking Trump, the left is defending Demented Joe. See the difference?

What are we to do, exactly? Some nutjob shoots up a place in another country (Colorado) and I’ve got issues in my own country (Kentucky).

By minding our own business and trying to lead a decent life, we allow the forces of evil to take over institutions that control our daily lives.
Short answer? “Free” money.
“Free”, howbeit unconstitutional, money from the feds.
Federal “gifts”/funds is why corporations AND STATES are bought and sold by the feds.

Are there any conservative billionaires who are willing to pump millions into political battles? The ONLY ones I see eager to do that are some of the wealthy neo-cons pushing their leftist version of conservativism which to them means endless Middle East wars.
What is wrong with people on this site! I am not talking about the shooting! The question popped in my head when reading about what the CO AG said. Why do we allow this anti-freedom individuals take over our institutions and businesses?
