I was following my mother in law back to her home town about 100 miles away. I was going 95+ mph trying to keep up with her. When we finally stopped, she said that she was singing along with the radio and with her cataracts, she couldn’t see the numbers on the speedometer. These things happen.
I was slowed down by the car ahead of me on a country road a few years ago. I was thinking “Who is this idiot?”. When I passed her I realized it was my 85 year old mother-in law! I did not recognize the car beforehand.
