I’m currently doing some research on Vit B15. Been banned since the 70’s since it MIGHT cause cancer. But its benefits are amazing. It may involve eating liver though. I’m hoping it’s in desiccated liver.
If it is calfs liver i recommend carmilized onions with it. Was My favorite as a kid. My kids liked it too when I made it.
