Is disinformation a lie?

Any truthful information regarding Covid, vaccines or the stolen election posted on social media is called disinformation but it is obviously written as email are.

If the jury acquitted Danchenko on the basis of his not talking but instead emailing then shouldn’t that idea apply to all and information posted about Covid, vaccines and 2020 fraud be allowed? Or again do we see yet another example of a two tiered Justice system favoring the cabal. The world needs to see this same 2 tiered Justice can apply to anyone who crosses the cabal. Time this ends.
