Yes. It is free speech, and action is also considered speech, in right to free assemble. In the streets.
We react with revulsion because Democrats always act on their First Ammendment &Assembly rights, and we Republicans Do Not.
(Not on the streets.)
We come in behind their massive effort and sue over the result.
We hire it done at the top: AZ Recount, True The Vote, Attorneys, Law suits and Courts, etc.

What Republicans do as individuals doesn’t make huge splashes in the news even though large in numbers. People like Seth Keshel, who educates huge humbers of people all over the country how to take action locally via checking voter rolls and a lot more, Scott Pressler registering more Republican voters in the history of the known worlds, Gen.Flynn giving talks, symposiums, meeting with people all over and encouraging and teaching them how to become poll watchers and other local positions both volunteer and elected.
Plenty more than just what I listed going on.
To riot and destroy shit and Republicans don't/
On 2018 when the Demoncrats took so many seats in California through ballot harvesting, Republicans were caught flat footed. In 2020 Republicans played that game and took back some of those seats.
Getting caught flat footed is a huge problem with conservatives. We expect everyone to play fair the same way we do.
President Trump consistently points out that the Demoncrats are vicious and play dirty. We don’t want to be that way but these times call for it.
I always think of the movie “The Patriot” when Mel Gibson’s character resisted fighting until the vicious killing of one of his sons. We may not want to fight like the other side, but survival sometimes depends on it.
