yes adults and very rare. Blaire White was and adult when he had surgery. I can’t say what is wrong with him or if he will detrans in the future but for now he seems very happy as a woman. If he remains this way for the rest of his life then I’d say he’s one of the true cases or his mental illness is just too far gone and this is the only way to placate it.

I understand your comments were focused on the distinction between children having this mutilation forced upon them, vs. adults who choose to self-mutilate, and who in some very rare cases do not regret it.
Those are important distinctions - but that was not what I was calling bs.
What I’m objecting to is the nonsense of calling the mutilation “transitioning” and in your most recent comment referring to a man as being “very happy as a woman”.
Regardless of how happy he is, he is not a woman.
Language is important and the woke Left is hijacking the language in order to advance their brainwashing agenda.
Unless you have bought into their bs, you shouldn’t refer to these tragic procedures as being a “transition” from one sex to another - that’s what the Left calls it, but that is not what is happening.
