If a dept or agency exists at the state level, the federal version should be abolished.
The redudant duplication invites fraud, corruption, wasteful spending, and jacks up the budget for no good reason.
Remember: "salaries and benefits, salaries and benefits"....at every level, that's mostly what a budget consists of.

Many of the modern day “Agencies” are not IN the Constitution.
Maybe 3/4 of today’s Cabinet Level departments have come about by fiat.
