Defund. Qbolish fed Unions. Take away the money and privatize what might be actually critical - most is not.
If a dept or agency exists at the state level, the federal version should be abolished.
The redudant duplication invites fraud, corruption, wasteful spending, and jacks up the budget for no good reason.
Remember: "salaries and benefits, salaries and benefits"....at every level, that's mostly what a budget consists of.
