Coolio has died at age 59
The rapper who achieved enormous success in the 90s was visiting a friend late Wednesday afternoon when he passed away. Coolio’s longtime manager, Jarez, says Coolio went to the bathroom at his friend’s house, but when he didn’t come after a while … the friend kept calling for him, and eventually went in and found him laying on the floor. We’re told the friend called EMTs, who arrived and pronounced him dead on the scene — and Jarez tells us the paramedics suspect he suffered cardiac arrest.

Under the circumstances, I think “dead at the scene” seems surprising.

I’m clear on the concept that a heart attack, stroke or aneurysm can kill you instantly.
I don’t doubt that a guy could be “dead when we found him”.
But in my experience, “dead at the scene” is for motorcyclists who have been decapitated, or people hit by a shotgun blast at short range. It seems to me that if a guy is collapsed in a bathroom, then you do the mouth-to-mouth, you call 911, the EMTs rush you into an ambulance, they hit you with a debrillator, they get you to the emergency room, they work on you for 10 minutes, and then you get “declared dead at the hospital”.
The article sounds like the EMTs arrived and said, “He dead, bro.”

In this interview, Coolio keeps talking about what he knows and how he gets harassed if he talks too much. The interview was 4 months ago. Be prepared, there is a lot of swearing. Not a lot of real info but he was very wary of saying too much
