I understand that the judge ordered each side (fib and Trump legal team) to put forth 2 candidates each and the judge would pick one or if she doesn’t like any of them would pick her own.

Correct, and if you haven’t, read Cannon’s opinion, please do. The DOJ is not going to pull any crap on this judge.

She'll probably end up making her own choice to be SM. The DOJ choice should be rejected with great prejudice, and if this happens, I can't see her going along with Trump's choice, either (whoever that is). Hopefully she is a white hat and not a black hat.
