Prolly right about that. That said, its disturbing that the government “of the people, by the people and for the people” doesn’t trust the people to make their own decisions regarding something that is potentially so consequential. We are being kept in the dark by the very government that we elect, fund and pay for, and which is supposed to serve the people. They tell us only what they want us to know.
