Florida is a great state with THE BEST governor but..man...they have a lot of weird stories coming out of there. I suspect many of the photos in The People of Walmart are from Florida.
Its the heat. It causes the brain to swell.
Some of it has to do with Florida’s sunshine laws. Down here, for most matters, you don’t even need a FOIA. Just write out your request or even phone it in.
If Maryland (my former state) had a law like this, FR and other internet fora would likely be full of “Maryland Man” stories. Whether those would be quite as weird as #FloridaMan stories, well, I have no idea.
