People with dementia can often continue saying things, especially platitudes, or doing things, such as shaking hands with people nearby the podium after making a statement, that they have done repeatedly for many years. This helps Joe when he reads with vigor from a teleprompter. It harms him when he tries to shake hands with the air.
It horrifies me that our country is being led someone or some group that is neither visible nor accountable and half the country does not even care. The disinformation media knows full well that Biden has serious cognitive problems and yet they continue to protect him. They are evil.
