I am wondering what faithless feckless Republican politicians will do now that they no longer have Roe and Casey as an excuse to sell out pro-lifers and the babies pro-lifers represent.
They will probably claim that abortion bans are allegedly unpopular and thus need to be sidelined.
I think it’s possible that, over time, abortion could really become the state/local issue that the majority opinion in Dobbs correctly sees it as. In which case, it will cause the issue to lose potency at the national level
It is now a valid question for every state politician.
