From the article:

The 6-3 decision overruled a lower court decision that gave the federal agency virtually unlimited regulatory powers through the Clean Air Act.

Sweeeeet!!! F the EPA!

The comical part is that CO2 is not a pollutant. It is quite literally necessary for the survival of life on this planet.

So a vanity in breaking news, a headline that makes no sense, and nothing follows?

CO2 is plant food

Not only that, some major greenhouses and food manufacturers DISPENSE CO2 into their greenhouses

And Big Cola injects CO2 into every bottle of soda! Why isn’t congress going after them? (hint: they are big liberal donors)

“The comical part is that CO2 is not a pollutant. It is quite literally necessary for the survival of life on this planet.”

The comical part is if the Rats treated everything polluting the planet as pollution and not climate change over the last 40 years, we would have knocked most of it out by now and had a cleaner planet.

If the Ganges is cleaned up, desalination facilities dotted the coastlines in countries where fresh water is hard to find and old growth forests cleared, we wouldn’t have many issues. But the Rats want everything to be political instead of practical.

Not very funny given how close we were to FedGov criminalizing human exhalation.

“The Biden administration has expressed fears that if the justices weaken the EPA’s regulatory efforts on the environment, the same safeguards afforded to issues surrounding workplace safety, consumer protections and public health could also be eroded.”

Yes, they certainly should if the regulatory agencies try to abuse those powers to expand their authority beyond what Congress granted them.

They will have a vaccine for that.

Like using OSHA to force "a get an MRNA injection or lose your job policy", or a future public health policy re: firearms......
