Same here. I thought my expertise with computers and graphics programs would get me hired but when I get interviewed the HR manager is focused on my feelings on social justice and if I know my various gender pronouns. I feel that I’ll never get hired because I tend to laugh when I’m asked if I’d be comfortable working around transgenders. Ugh.
