Why now?

Pot causes psychosis. The degree of psychosis depends on how much is smoked and the make-up of the person smoking.

But it causes psychosis in the smoker. It is seen by the almost immediate sense of irrational fear and you take it from there.

No, the feds should stay out of drugs and probably state governments as well. Nevertheless, education about the truth of the harmful effects of pot needs to be published widespread. Maybe this will start to happen.
