The Oregon Constitution, written in 1859, had such laws enshrined into it. The bulk of them, after many initiative petition attempts, were finally repealed in the 1930’s, but a decade or two ago there was another round to take care of portions that were overlooked the first time. IIRC—they still missed a few things even that round.
