For nearly 20 years now, I've had eggs for breakfast each morning fried in butter with whole fat yogurt swirled with berries. In recent years, I've been having the 9% fat Siggis triple cream. Turns out high fat is way better than low fat as it contains much less sugar!

Canned sardines, oysters or salmon for lunch usually with a handful or two of nuts (cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts).

Pretty much anything I wanted for dinner by this point. But I still eat good even then. Usually dark chicken, steak, pork, or fish with greens such as brussels sprouts, broccoli or asparagus.

Despite my age, my health has been improving over the past 20 years where I reversed my diabetes and no longer need to wear eyeglasses.

I still angers me to see people tell you that eggs are bad for you and that you ought to stick to egg whites and use margarine over butter. They are 100% wrong.

Never bought into the whole margarine thing. The whole low fat advise was so twisted. Yes, trans/hydrogenated fats are really bad but high quality fats (olive oil, avocado, high quality butter, etc.) are critical to good health.

On the eyeglasses, did you have LASIK to eliminate them?
