Yep, a nuclear war with 2 superpowers is certainly better than excessive tweeting.
That’s true but I don’t accept the implied premise that President Trump tweeted excessively.
There are claims being made right now that Chinese dissidents within the CCP have leaked an audio of a CCP meeting in early April discussing secret military mobilization using COVID19 as a cover. The plan includes the use of 900 civilian ships to be loaded with military personnel, rockets, etc., for an invasion that could happen anywhere from right now till November 1st, presumably of Taiwan, though the writer/researcher JR Nyquist—for reasons he has not explained yet—claims the preparations are too big to be just for Taiwan (I’m not so sure).
A Chinese journalist/dissident on the subject stated she has verified the people/information in the audio and believes it is too complex to be a hoax, and that her getting ahold of the audio is incidental and unlikely to be part of a CCP plan to make fools out of Chinese dissidents/journalists abroad who might latch onto the audio. JR Nyquist, who I generally trust and who accurately predicted the war against Ukraine, is taking it seriously and seems to be working on independent corroboration.
And then today, we have Biden stating openly that the US will defend Taiwan.
None of what has occurred has ever been a conflict that the United States or the West has wanted. Russia and China clearly cooperated and worked together on Ukraine, with the Russians postponing the invasion for the Olympics after meeting with Xi, and the CCP apparently handling (and failing) at mass cyberattacks on Ukraine’s infrastructure at the start of the invasion.
If the alleged audio is proven real, the United States can’t be blamed for starting a war that the Chinese are about to start themselves.
I only hope it’s bullshit and that this announcement by Biden is just a coincidence.
