Isn’t Karo syrup pure HFCS?

From what I remember from my reading up on HFCS and corn syrup years ago, they are different.

My best guess is the Karo added sweetness to make the baby want to drink it, not necessarily a good thing but if a baby was picky it might help. You do what you have to do to raise a child the best you can. But even going back that far we realize that doctor’s advice isn’t always the best.

We use Karo brand, which contains no high-fructose corn syrup. If you read their website’s articles carefully they say that the brand did not contain any high fructose syrup when they introduced the product in 1902 and they do not now.Jun 22, 2017
