I've never heard of people eating them. But I suppose if you are hungry enough.....

Do people eat swan eggs?

People not only eat swan eggs, they eat just about any kind of poultry egg and bird egg imaginable.
They eat turkey eggs, pheasant eggs, partridge eggs, quail eggs, ostrich eggs and emu eggs. They also eat tern eggs, puffin eggs and various other seabird eggs.

People also eat turtle eggs and of course, all sorts of fish eggs (roe).
