The @NRA Convention is this Friday in Texas and Beto O’Rourke is calling for Gov. Abbott to shut it down after the Uvalde shooting

I hope Gov. Abbott doubles down and instead tries to increase attendance

Why? Because a good guy with a gun killed that psycho in Uvalde before he could take more innocent lives

We don’t need more unconstitutional gun laws

We need more good guys carrying guns

Democrats control all three branches of government. They can lean into any gun ban bill they desire. They won’t do it though because they’d lose even worse in November. Hence finger wagging at Republicans instead of legislation.
