Yea, but the problem with a permabear like Schiff is if you followed their advice over several decades you would have lost money. The are the proverbial stopped clocks.

But it is interesting that he hasn't figured out that forming an opinion before analyzing the data gives a person a confirmation bias that renders the value of his analysis doubtful at best and worthless at worst.
