Venezuelan oil is so think and dirty, they have to mix it with Texas crude to even refine it. Stuff is worthless without light sweet crude.
I have to wonder, seeing as we have confiscated crude inbound and outbound with sanctions in the past, we seem to be negotiating with a caged animal .... seems dangerous to me ...but this administration will get taken advantage of.
Venezuela (if its interested at all) will have an enormous negotiating advantage to exploit.
