Joe’s career is a textbook example of why the 17th Amendment should be repealed The Delaware legislature could not have done any worse. If there was no 17th amendment every Delaware legislator there probebaly would dreaming of having his turn at the Senator swill bucket! For that reason alone you might not need term limits with 17th repeal.
If you can’t get the 17th repealed term limtis is the next best thing. I’d like to see both repeal of the 17th and term limits.
