1 Cor 15:52 (KJV) speaks of the last trump before we are changed in the twinkling of an eye. Trump's name therefore is associated with a trumpet blast. It's peculiar that for 400 years this verse retained the spelling "trump" for the English speaking world, only to have newer bible versions change this to trumpet. IMO, it was a shrewd move by Satan to blind folks to the significance of God raising up one by the name of Trump (at the age of 70 no less) to signal the nearness of his coming.

Numbers 10 now, verse 2: Make thee two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps.

Verse 9: And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the Lord your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies.

One Trumpet was to gather the people. Two trumpets was to sound an alarm that God would save his people. I perceive there are meant to be two discernable trumpet blasts.
